IEM ek online tool hai jo Pakistani teachers, schools, aur academies ke liye board-pattern exam papers generate karta hai. Features class/subject selection, question bank, PDF export, aur related educational tools shamil kar sakte hain.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Service primarily educators ke liye hai Pakistan mein.
• Aap accurate registration information provide karenge jab account banayein.
• Aap apne account credentials confidential rakhenge.
• Hum suspicious ya abusive activity par accounts suspend ya terminate kar sakte hain.

3. Acceptable Use

Aap agree karte hain ke aap:

• Service ko sirf lawful educational purposes ke liye use karenge.
• Generated content ko responsibly use karenge — cheating ya academic dishonesty promote nahi karenge.
• Automated scraping, reverse engineering, ya server overload karne wali activity nahi karenge.
• Malware, spam, ya illegal content upload ya distribute nahi karenge.
• Dusron ke intellectual property rights ka respect karenge.

4. Free & Paid Features

IEM ka basic version free hai with usage limits (e.g. monthly paper limits). Hum features, limits, ya pricing kabhi bhi update kar sakte hain with reasonable notice jahan mumkin ho. Paid features ke liye alag terms apply ho sakti hain jo purchase time par batayi jayengi.

5. Intellectual Property

• IEM platform, branding, UI, aur proprietary software hamari property hai.
• Question bank content licensed ya authored material ho sakta hai — aap sirf generated papers ke liye use kar sakte hain, redistribution without permission allowed nahi unless stated.
• Aap jo custom questions add karte hain un par aap responsible hain ke unke use ke rights aap ke paas hon.

6. Generated Papers Disclaimer

IEM board patterns follow karne ki koshish karta hai, lekin:

• Final papers review karna teacher ki zimmedari hai before printing ya distribution.
• Hum 100% accuracy, syllabus completeness, ya board approval guarantee nahi karte.
• Exam outcomes ya institutional decisions ke liye hum liable nahi hain.

7. Privacy

Your data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. By using IEM, you also accept that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, IEM aur Muhammad Awais (founder) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, ya consequential damages arising from Service use, including data loss, downtime, ya incorrect generated content. Total liability limited to amount paid by you in the last 12 months (if any), or PKR 0 for free users.

9. Service Availability

Hum reliable uptime ki koshish karte hain, lekin maintenance, updates, ya technical issues ki wajah se temporary downtime ho sakta hai. Hum Service ko modify ya discontinue kar sakte hain.

10. Changes to Terms

Hum in Terms ko update kar sakte hain. "Last updated" date change hogi. Continued use after changes means acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Punjab, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by law.
